All cake and cupcake topper orders are processed within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Stationery
All stationery orders are processed within 1-7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Christmas/Public Holidays/Postal Strikes & Extreme Weather
During Christmas, New Year, postal strikes or extreme weather conditions, please be aware that the shipping times may be subject to change. Will we ensure items are posted as soon as possible during these times to allow for such delays.
During annual busy periods such as Christmas/New Year once the item is shipped either the same day or the next working day we will not accept responsibility for postal delays based on usual shipping times. It is up to you the customer to understand there may be delays and to allow extra time for shipping during these periods.
Delayed/Lost Post
By placing an order with Cdk Designs Co, you agree that once your parcel has left our hands we cannot be held responsible for the way in which your parcel is handled by the couriers, nor the timescale in which the parcel takes to reach you. The Royal Mail timescale for Tracked 24 is 1 to 2 working days and Tracked 48 is 2-3 days however it is not guaranteed to arrive, and Guaranteed Next Day (GND) is the next working day, not always including Saturdays according to their website. Royal Mail T & C's state if a GND parcel does not arrive the next working day you can claim compensation for the postage cost not contents of your parcel, we are unable to provide refunds if your order arrives after an event.
